Wuji Gong and Meditation
This style of meditation is based on ancient Chinese principles Wuji Gong is a series of 8 exercises that are taught in sequence. These 8 exercises are easy to learn and will be repeated at every beginning of the class before the meditation. The goal is that you practice the exercises at home, for example in the morning. They are very healing and you will feel the impact soon.
Wu Ji means Becoming One with the Principle. To empty the mind, calm the heart and just be present, to allow the breath to calm down. It is the first exercise of the set.
It is of utmost importance to learn about our heart, to become aware of its movement and how our everyday lives are determined by the movement of our external heart. You will learn about unification and separation and about “being in time”. We will understand how disharmony comes to be and how we can interrupt that negative cycle.
Wuji Gong is practised standing or sitting. We will meditate sitting either on chairs, or sitting on the ground, standing is also an option.
This class is for everybody who wants to learn to wind down, bring balance into their lives. Meditation can also help with depression, anxiety, insomnia and other health issues that have an underlying emotional component.

Cost:
CHF 45,- per session (minimum 4 participants, maximum 8 participants)
Cancellation policy:
if you cancel your session less than 24 hours before I will charge you the full amount.
Payment methods: by online transfer, Einzahlschein or by card reader (I will add a 1,5% fee for EC cards and 2,5% fee for credit cards). You can also pay cash.
